Peacefully at rest on Monday 6th September 2021 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Tom aged 72 years of Clayton, the dearly loved and loving husband of Irena, the much loved and treasured dad of Tracy and Debra, a dear father in law of Shaun and Chris, a dearly loved and cherished grandad of Sion, Nia, Chloe, Adam and Joe. Tom will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.
Funeral service to take place at St. James The Great C of E Church, Clayton on Monday 20th September 2021 at 2:15pm.
