What an absolutely amazing service Kevin and the team provide.
From the first visit with Jacqui to start the process she made use feel comfortable and at ease. The planning was so seamless and Jacqui picked up on things at this meeting to make our Dad’s day even more special.
Nothing was too much trouble from the special requests we had down to the fantastic floral arrangements we requested.
I would never use anyone else they made a sad day more bearable.
Our Dad didn’t like a fuss but would have been overjoyed with his day.

When a very special person in your life passes away, you want to feel that they will be cared for in the best possible way. The Lownds family provided an outstanding service at every stage, helping us to navigate our way through a very difficult time. My mum was treated with dignity and respect and the warmth and compassion shown to us, her family was truly amazing. The Chapel of Rest was serene and peaceful with a beautiful backlit window effect, just as mum wanted. The flowers were absolutely stunning, a true reflection of my beautiful mum. On arrival at Birches Remembrance Park and Crematorium, Lach Dennis, the Lownds family team lead the way to ensure everything was just perfect. As a family, we only got one chance to get this right and with the professionalism and attention to detail provided by the Lownds team, that’s exactly what we did. Thank you so much.

When my grandma died it was a hard time for us all. Kevin and the girls immediately took any stress away from us. They were attentive, warm and compassionate at all times. This amazing family of undertakers have taken the best care of both my parents, they passed away within 9 months of each other- a total heartache to say the least. They respected both my parents on their journey from their homes on the days they left for Heaven. The care and dignity shown to both my parents was of the most highest, respectful standards. I can’t fault Kevin and his family one bit with how they arranged my grandma’s funeral from start to finish. None of us live locally so we had to do a lot of the arranging over email and telephone which was done very professionally and compassionately by Kevin.
