Peacefully at rest on Thursday 5th September 2024 at the Douglas MacMillan Hospice, afte a brave and courageous battle, valiantly fought, Jan aged 63 years of Newcastle the dearly loved and amazing wife of Mick, a much loved sister of Steve, a loving and treasured step mum of Nick, Steve & Kate, a dear mother in law of Karen and Paul, a dearly loved and cherished nan of Olivia, Owen, Molly, Mark, Luke and Tim. Also a much loved great nan to Leo and Margo.
Jan will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and many friends.
Funeral Service and cremation to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 30th September 2024 at 12.45pm.

Jan was a beacon of light in many people’s lives, she was humble and funny. She will be deeply missed by myself and my family. We are relieved and saddened by the news of her passing, it is a very bitter sweet time as she is no longer suffering, but she will be deeply missed by all the people she touched with her light.
I don’t know if I ever could thank her enough for all of her kindness and generosity. We are so grateful for the memories we shared.
You are one of the newest stars in our sky, rest in peace Jan. We love you so very much.
All our love goes out to Mick and family at this time.
