When my grandma died it was a hard time for us all. Kevin and the girls immediately took any stress away from us. They were attentive, warm and compassionate at all times. This amazing family of undertakers have taken the best care of both my parents, they passed away within 9 months of each other- a total heartache to say the least. They respected both my parents on their journey from their homes on the days they left for Heaven. The care and dignity shown to both my parents was of the most highest, respectful standards. Following my husbands death, Kevin Lowndes was contacted at my request by the care home.
From the first call I received from Kevin I felt confident with his calm and friendly manor. On meeting him this proved to be the case. He was so easy and patient to talk to.

Kevin Sue Jacki Jayne and Kerry took care of everything from the funeral to arranging the after service venue and catering. All I had to do was choose the menu option.

What an absolutely amazing service Kevin and the team provide.
From the first visit with Jacqui to start the process she made use feel comfortable and at ease. The planning was so seamless and Jacqui picked up on things at this meeting to make our Dad’s day even more special.
Nothing was too much trouble from the special requests we had down to the fantastic floral arrangements we requested.
I would never use anyone else they made a sad day more bearable.
Our Dad didn’t like a fuss but would have been overjoyed with his day.

I can’t fault Kevin and his family one bit with how they arranged my grandma’s funeral from start to finish. None of us live locally so we had to do a lot of the arranging over email and telephone which was done very professionally and compassionately by Kevin.
