Peacefully at rest on Thursday 7th March 2024 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, surrounded by his loving and devoted family, David aged 88 years of Newcastle, the dearly loved husband of Pat, the much loved and respected dad of Helen, Carol and Patrick, a dear father in law of Mark and Adrian, a treasured grandpa of Thomas, Catherine, David, Sarah, Rachel, William, Molly – Rose, Toby and Reuben also a dearly loved and cherished great grandpa to Hollie, Charlotte, Oliver, Charlie and Jenson. David will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral Service to celebrate David’s life will take place at St.Giles Church, Newcastle on Thursday 11th April 2024 at 1.00pm prior to a private cremation at Bradwell Crematorium.
Will relatives please accept this intimation and would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the Church. The family have requested that all mourners attending the service wear colourful or bright ties in memory of David.
Family flowers only please; donations would be preferred in memory of David to The Air Ambulance and The Stroke Association. A donation box will be available at the Church
