“Remembered for his laughter, generosity and his care for others.”
Died suddenly on 30th November.
Jas was the much loved son of Surjit Kaur and Jagat Singh, brother to Inderjit, Sunder and Sandra and uncle to Tish, Kimran, Kirran and Simran, and a good friend to many.
Jas did everything he could to look after his mum and dad, working hard all his life to build them a lovely home.
All those that knew him will remember him for his laughter and generosity and his care for others.
He will be missed.
Date Passed: 30th November 2020
Funeral Date:
Gone way too soon. Such a huge loss for everyone. My memory will always be of a very kind and sweet cousin. Lots of love to you all during this very difficult time.
We little knew that day,
God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death, we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you.
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide.
And although we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The chain will link again.
Love from all the Badesha family
I remember visiting many many years ago and sleeping over and how he was listening to music to fall asleep. He was listening the Cure. Anup was saying he couldn’t fall asleep if the music was off. I remember his sense of humour.. Gone to soon. Rest peacefully. Thoughts and condolences to the family ❤️
So terribly sad to have lost my cousin Noopi. Almost grew up together, and always thought he was such a kind, considerate soul. This world is a lesser place without him. My heart breaks for his family. Rest in peace, dear Noopi.
I was so saddened to hear of the loss of our brother Anup. I remember when he stayed with us during his time at university. He was always so kind and funny, telling jokes to make us laugh.
Although he is no longer with us, I hope that his memory will be a blessing to you. No parent should ever have to bury their child. My heart goes out to Masi and Masar.
I know these words will do little to comfort you but please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Rest in Peace Brother Anup.
Dear Noopi,
You have gone but will not be forgotten. Have great memories of you as a fun and caring older cousin. To have gone during the Covid year is such a tragedy as I had planned to come and see you with the family this year.
Haven’t seen you for so many years and we never think something like this would happen, but wherever you are now, I hope you are feeling at rest. I’m sure you are looking down at your family and giving them strength to get through this and remember all the great things you brought to this world.
With love and hugs to you and your family,
Your cousin Petra

I don’t know where to start the last 40 years that I have known you, we shared some great times, laughs and important milestones in our lives. I will always remember the fun we had and sometimes the mischief we got up to and your guidance through some of lives awkward decisions.
You were a true friend Boy!

Jas,
We met when I was at my lowest ebb and although you didn’t know me you picked me up, lifted my spirits and helped me put my life back together. I like to think there were times when I did the same for you.
We had some great times and some of our nights out were of legendary status. I will never forget you as long as I live. Your sense of humour, your sense of fun, small in stature but with a massive heart.
Rest in peace my friend, you were taken far too early and will be dearly missed by all of your family & friends
Uncle Jas,
I have known you for as long as i can remember as you and Dad were friends for such a long time.
I do remember you always were talking about different ideas you had and remember thinking that they were definately ahead of time and seriously clever . Gone to soon and hope you are at rest
Rest in peace and thoughts and prayers are with your family.
I will never forget you Jas!
You’re a true insperation to us all.
I’m truly honoured to have met you and your lovely family.
Rest in peace. You’re truly missed Jas, you’ve left an empty space on this earth that shouldn’t be there.
God bless and look after you. You’re one in a million!!

It has been many years since I saw or spoke with Jas (Woody), but nevertheless it was very saddening to hear of his passing; I’m really sorry for your loss, my deepest condolences to the family.
Jas has left us with many vivid memories; from his love of sports cars, in particular his car of choice the AC Cobra, to his taste in music…we used to mock him when he played The Cure; but know now that he was just way ahead of his time!
Continue remembering your precious memories of Jas and he will be with you always.
May God give his family strength, peace, and comfort in the challenging times ahead…Jas will surely be missed. 🙏🏼
