At rest on Wednesday 4th October 2023 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Jack aged 92 years of Chesterton Lodge Care Home and formerly of Knutton Lane, now reunited with his loving mum Ethel, a dearly loved and treasured brother of Jean, Walter and the late George, Ann, Joan and David also a much loved and cherished uncle.
Jack will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Wednesday 18th October 2023 at 2.40pm.
Will relatives please accept this intimation and would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.
