Suddenly but peacefully at rest on Thursday 12th June 2025, at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Rachael, aged 40 years of Trent Vale, the much-loved daughter of Gill and Allan, the loving mum of Aaliyah, Ethan and Ebony and dear friend to many.
Rachael will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.
If anyone wishes to make a donation in memory of Rachael the family have requested they be made to the RSUH – Critical Care Unit.
