Peacefully at rest on Saturday 29th November 2025, Aileen, aged 87 years of The Westlands, the much-loved and loving mum of John and Dave, wonderful mother-in-law of Chrissy and Michelle, treasured grandma of Grant and Joe and dearly loved friend to many.
Aileen will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Friday 9th January 2026 at 11:20am.
Will family please accept this intimation and would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.
Flowers welcome or if preferred donations in memory of Aileen to UHNM – Ward 127

I shall always be hugely indebted to Aileen and Gordon for their unfailing support and warm friendship while I was Head of English at Newcastle- Under- Lyme High School and where John and Dave were pupils. A wonderful family where there was always fun, laughter and an open door.
I regret that a muscular problem prevents me from attending the Service at Bradwell.
