Suddenly but peacefully, and taken away from us far too soon, on Wednesday 2nd March 2022 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, after a short illness fought with great courage and dignity, Alan aged 73 years of Newcastle and formerly of Congleton, the dearly loved and loving husband of Doreen, the much loved and treasured dad of Julie, David and Susie, a dear father in law of Michael, Marie and Michael, a dearly loved and cherished grandad of Joseph, Josh, Charles, April, Callum and Ethan also a much loved great grandad to Harry. Alan will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 15th March 2022 at 12.00 noon. Will relatives please accept this intimation and would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.

We’ve known Alan for about 30 years in his capacity as a Heating Engineer and in that time he became a very good friend as well as advising and helping us with all our questions regarding heating. He was a true gentleman, a lovely caring man who was always ready to have a laugh and a joke with. We will miss you, Alan. God bless.
