Grief never ends but it changes. It’s a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith. Grief is the price of love.

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving and devoted family at the Royal Stoke University Hospital on Tuesday 4th July 2023, Cynthia aged 85 years of Werrington, now reunited with her loving husband Roger, partner of Ernie, the dearly loved and treasured mum of Chris, loving step mum of Lyn, a loving mother in law to Michelle, a much loved and cherished Non to Jemma and her husband Nathan, Megan and Georgia also a very special great Non to Dylan and Alexis.

Cynthia will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.

Funeral Service and cremation to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 25th July 2023 at 11.20am.

Will relatives please accept this intimation and would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.

Cynthia loved her garden and her plants so bright colours please, she was not keen on black!

She was also a Stoke City season ticket holder for many years so wouldn’t object to the odd Stoke shirt either.

Family flowers only please; donations would be preferred in memory of Cynthia to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice.

Messages of condolences may be left below.
