Kevin and family conducted my late father-in-laws funeral. They are the most caring and supportive Funeral Directors. They were professional in every single way, I do not know how to begin to thank them, for making such a very difficult day, and turning it into something very special, that truly is a very rare and special gift of an amazing Funeral Director. No amount of words can ever be enough to thank you.

This amazing family of undertakers have taken the best care of both my parents, they passed away within 9 months of each other- a total heartache to say the least. They respected both my parents on their journey from their homes on the days they left for Heaven. The care and dignity shown to both my parents was of the most highest, respectful standards. They took myself and my family members into their care too as they took the time to listen to our wishes for both our parents, they made sure that all those little personal touches were present, they took the time to know my parents, my Mum they had never met beforehand yet, the funeral in the height of Covid was the most perfect service, the little things mean so much to this amazing family in order to make us, as a family content and proud. The Family had met my Dad after my Mum passed away and they made his funeral again so perfect. No detail was missed thanks to the Lownds Family, they understand the need for families to cherish their loved ones especially in death and their aftercare is just as important. I would always recommend Kevin Lownds Funeral services to anyone, many people for both my parents funerals have commented about the high standards they themselves deliver. I wish to thank Kevin, Susan, Mark, Jacqui & Jayne Lownds for all their care, professionalism, respect, time; for listening and being on the end of the phone whenever we needed to hear a friendly voice or to ask them to tell Mum or Dad that we love and miss them. Kevin and his family were amazing when my dad recently passed. Having no experience of arranging a funeral before they made it completely stress free. They were so respectful and kind from the first phone call. The service Jayne conducted was beautiful and very personal, Jacqui designed a perfect order of service with lovely touches that they picked up on during the visit to make the arrangements and Kevin was kind, considerate and reassuring throughout. I really can’t recommend them enough, they were just brilliant, thank you so much.
