Peacefully at rest on Friday 2nd July 2021 surrounded by his loving family at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Eric aged 94 years of Clayton, the much loved and treasured father of Heather and Janet, a loving father-in-law of Paul & Peter, a dearly loved and cherished grandad to Hannah, Laura, Oliver and Chloe, a very special great grandad to Ava, Leo, Evelyn, James, Isaac and Zak, also a dear brother in law of Joyce. Eric will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.
A joint funeral service to celebrate the lives of Eric and his wife Lorna will take place at St. Luke’s Methodist Church, Severn Drive, Clayton on Thursday 15th July 2021 at 1:15pm prior to cremation at Bradwell Crematorium.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Eric. I remember him as a quiet thoughtful man who was an excellent photographer. He certainly took beautiful photos at my wedding which I treasure as my wedding photographer let me down. Rest in peace with your lovely wife Lorna
