Suddenly but peacefully on Tuesday 8th April 2025 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Jackie aged 81 years of Clayton, now reunited with her beloved husband Mike, the dearly loved and treasured mum of Samantha, Rachel and the late Elizabeth, a dear mother in law of Andy and Graham, a much loved and cherished nana of Tommy, Matt and Libby, a dearly loved and cherished great nana to Grace, also a loving sister to Christine.

Jackie will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at Keele Cemetery Community Room, Keele Road, Newcastle ST5 5AB on Monday 12th May 2025 at 11.00am prior to interment at Newcastle Cemetery.

Would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at Keele Cemetery.

Family flowers only please; donations would be preferred in memory of Jackie to the British Heart Foundation.

Philip ‘Phil’ Lear

Peacefully at rest on Wednesday 2nd April 2025 at his home surrounded by his loving and devoted family, Phil aged 66 years of May Bank, the dearly loved and loving husband of Carolyn, a much loved and treasured dad of Jenny and Michael, a dear father in law to Matt and Charlotte, a loving brother to Sandra, Susan and Janet also a dear brother in law, uncle and a friend to many.

Phil will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.

Funeral service to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 10:40am would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.

Juliet Salt

When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.”

Juliet battled with muscular dystrophy for 40 years and unexpectedly passed away on March 29th at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.

Juliet leaves behind her business La Maison which she established over thirty years ago, in Nantwich and Silverdale.

She will be sadly missed by so many people.

Her funeral will be held at Whitmore church Monday 28th April. The family ask for donations to Muscular Dystrophy UK, which can be given on the day or via the link

Leslie ‘Les’ Cotton

“If there ever comes a day when we can’t be together, keep me in your heart and I’ll stay there forever.”

Passed away peacefully after a short illness on Friday 21st March 2025 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, Leslie aged 84 years of Trentham, the dearly loved husband of Margaret, a wonderful and much loved Dad of David and Susan, dearest Father in law of David, a proud and loving Grandad of Rebecca, Georgia, Sam and Jack and dearest Brother of Philip.

Leslie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Also, a dear friend to many.
